What you will be doing:

  • Preparing and issuing final schedules for the manufacturing centres taking into consideration several key parameters like: working capital optimization, sales forecast, raw material availability and production capacity maximization.
  • Determining raw materials requirements in terms of mix, volume and delivery times to meet production planning, in accordance with global procedures and best practices.
  • Interfacing with relevant departments, mainly Production, Commercial and Supply teams, in order to have good alignment and execution of the planning processes.
  • Setting up regular meetings with AM and Production in order to balance maintenance and production needs.
  • Setting up regular meeting with PTE in order to balance their needs and production planning.
  • Aligning and communicating the production planning with Production team.
  • Monitoring production orders realization and controlling finish goods availability versus customer demands.
  • Monitoring and adjusting critical stocks parameters as raw material levels, safety stocks, MOQs, productions batches etc..
  • Acting as an interface between Production, W&IL, Sales and Customers to define best shipment schedules.
  • Providing necessary reporting such as inventory levels (FG, IP, RM), plan vs. realization and so on.
  • Developing existing systems and procedures to meet current requirements.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Supply Chain management
  • 3 years of experiences on relevant position (Master planning experience desirable)
  • Experiences in ERP system (SAP is preferred) and high level of MS office skills
  • Very good English skills - written and verbal
  • Capable to work with several priorities under time pressure
  • Interpersonal skills in order to promote cross-department cooperation and get things done
  • Good understanding and experience of product and manufacturing processes
