About the Graduate Program

The two-year Business Graduate Program offers you the opportunity to gain experience in different business units within our organisation such as purchasing, marketing, sales, finance, business development and communication, production, engineering, mainly at our location in Hanau. You will soon be able to participate in our business and you will follow a specific development plan. Throughout the program you will be guided by our management and an experienced mentor.
 

What you will be doing

Joining us in September 2023, you will work on successive projects.  After the program, we will be able to match your interests and experience with a permanent role in the Umicore Group. Throughout the program, you will learn about our business, technologies, way of working, and culture. You will further develop your knowledge, skills and network by training on the job as well as attending Umicore seminars and networking events - also internationally. You will develop personal skills that will help you to grow into exciting roles. We will get the opportunity to evaluate your achievements, understand your potential and train you to become a full-fledged Umicore manager.

Who we are looking for

• You are pursuing a Master's degree in Business studies, industrial engineering, Chemistry or similar and will graduate in 2023 (or 2022) 
• You are fluent in English and German, knowledge of any other language is an advantage
• You are analytical, flexible and able to set priorities
• Results-oriented with a "can do" spirit
• Team player, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial mindset
