Umicore’s largest site in Germany is located in the Hanau‑Wolfgang Industrial Park. Around 900 employees work here across seven business units, several of which manage their global operations from Hanau. The site is also one of Umicore’s key research hubs, with a strong focus on material technology and innovation.
By combining deep materials expertise with industrial‑scale production, the Hanau site supports future oriented technologies and industrial applications.
