Your Key Accountabilities
- Operative Abwicklung der grenzüberschreitenden und innergemeinschaftlichen Eingangssendungen
- Importverzollung an deutschen Flug- oder Seehäfen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Abgabenermittlung mit Erstellung der monatlichen Ergänzenden Zollanmeldung (EGZ)
- Erfassung von Stammdaten und ATLAS-Codierungen sowie Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Aktualisierung
- Bearbeitung von zollrechtlichen Sachverhalten (z. B. Such -und Mahnverfahren, Fristverlängerungen, Präferenzberechtigungen usw.)
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen, sowie Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Nachfragen seitens dem Hauptzollamt bzw. lokalem Zollamt im Rahmen der Importverzollung
- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung im Rahmen von Zollaudits
- Erfassung der Intrastat und Meldung an das Statistische Bundesamt
- Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Rückfragen zur Außenhandelsstatistik (Intrastat)
- Organisation und Vergabe nationaler und internationaler Transporte
- Erstellung und Kontrolle transportrelevanter Dokumente (z.B. Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Umsetzung neuer Richtlinien und Vorschriften im Transportmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Logistikdienstleistern für einen reibungslosen Versandprozess
Who we are looking for
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau
- Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Fachkaufmann/-frau für Außenwirtschaft oder Verkehrsfachwirt (IHK)
- Eine Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Gefahrgutabwicklung wäre wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht, Warenursprung & Präferenzen und der Exportkontrolle
- Gute Kenntnisse im Logistik- und Speditionswesen
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Akkreditiven sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level 1)
- Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
